I have been a customer from almost day one. I can honestly say their customer service is excellent. I would like to say that everyone is very helpful in so many ways. I recently bought a new to me gl1800 and brought it in for service. During this service they realized my bike was still under warranty and saved me $3k for a new led screen that they replaced in less than 4 hours. Every department in the dealership is outstanding and I encourage everyone to shop here first.

I bought my new 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT here last February. The entire sales experience was excellent. Very informational, no pressure, and a reasonable price for my trade-in. The finance and legal paperwork was quick and easy. The whole thing took less than 2 hours.

Went to see if I was tall enough for the bike I was looking at. As soon as I walked in Dillon showed me the bike and told me they had a shorter version they just got in, not on the floor yet. Fit really good and found the bike was very hard to find. Good price and excellent service. Feel like I was one of them. All of the staff was great.

I just want to acknowledge the Parts Manager on one of the best buys I've ever made. I was passing through Granite Falls a couple months ago on a long ride and stopped in to see what options were available on a light weight helmet. Jacklyn described the RPHA line in detail, and could have very well sent me home with one of two options she had in my size; but she listened to my needs more than my wants.Hearing that I have a prior neck and back injury, she highly recommend the Carbon RPHA70 with a drop down sun shield. Experiencing the light weight of the RPHA she had on hand, I was highly interested in the Carbon RPHA70 that unfortunately, she couldn't get in my size at the time. I have night vision issues, so she recommend either the yellow or gold tinted shield to negate the glare from rain or early morning dew.Sadly, I didn't order my helmet from Jacklyn due to shipping costs and my location to the shop. However, I feel as though she deserves full of recognition for my purchase because it's hands down the most comfortable and quiet helmet I've ever worn. The Safety features only make that much more worth it. I buy from people, not businesses. I'll call her the next time I need safety gear before going to any local dealer.

The girl that sold me my helmet was super helpful, she was more than happy to make sure I found the right helmet. Visited great western up the road and they basically ignored me, so Ill be trading with Honda of NC from now on. Great bike shop!

The sales staff was great. I was able to do 90% of the purchase online. All I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork and wound up buying several accessories. I will definitely do business with again.

I searched far and wide (within NC/SC) for a 2019 Honda PCX and Brandy and the team at Honda of North Carolina made it a pretty easy decision! They weren't the closest dealer to me in the Charlotte area, but they worked relentlessly to earn my business and offered me the best price out-the-door that I could find amongst several dealerships!They kept up great communication thoughout the whole process and were a pleasure to deal with when it came time to pick up the new scoot!Overall, it was a very smooth purchase process and I will definitely keep them at the top of the list for any future business! I was very pleased with my buying experience at Honda of North Carolina. I got a fair price via email, with no dealer added costs (like our dealer in Charlotte adds). When I picked up the bike, the purchase experience was fine, with no surprises or extra charges. I will gladly drive to Hickory to buy Honda products rather than use the dealer in Charlotte. Thanks!
